We authentic Finnish sauna enthusiasts are living in the tiny house spirit.  The flag we wave, with our own outdoor sauna includes:

1. Health and Wellness – a centuries old proven therapeutic process that leaves one completely euphoric and “reset.”
2. Escape – an ability to “check out” of life’s busy demands, whether at the cabin or steps from one’s back door.
3. Fun – enjoyment for oneself, friends, and family, depending upon the sauna party.

Tiny House enthusiasts believe in minimalist, simplistic living with a low carbon footprint.

An authentic wood burning sauna is all about these values, too.

I am a big fan of using a shed company, like Tuff Shed, to shell the structure.  I have broken down every step to building a quality authentic sauna starting at the “shed” stage.  The beauty of a shed company is that they are proficient at transporting “sheds”.  In this case, it is my recent sauna build, heading up to Northern Minnesota by the shores of Lake Superior.
