I’ve lost count with the number of people who’ve asked me if this is true… All in the last 24 hours.  Even our 14 year old son just told me about this buzz on the social media wire.

Well, yesterday’s news is today’s fish and chips newspaper.

Well, here’s my take:

  • Sauna, like other forms of exercise and sweat, helps rid toxins from the body.
  • Nicotine is a toxin.
  • Getting rid of Nicotine may in fact get rid of the physical addictive qualities thereof.

Ergo, henceforth, this sauna enthusiasts will not argue against sauna therapy as a way to get rid of cigarette smoking addiction.

Now that we have that covered, can sauna help me with my to do list?  ABSOLUTELY!  check this out.
