Walking past an expensive looking house, face it, we’ve all ran the question through our heads “wonder what they do for a living?”
But it’s best to stop the thinking right there.
“If you compare yourself with others, you may become vain or bitter, for always there will be greater and lesser persons than yourself.”
– as taken from “Desiderata” (Latin: “desired things”), a 1927 prose poem by American writer Max Ehrmann. (and put into my brain by my wife Julia, who also knows how to pick out patio furniture).
There are no judgements with sauna hot rooms.
Sure you can have a better location for your sauna building, yet once we step foot in someone else’s hot room, we are met with that familiar waifing of heat yet with no vanity or bitterness.
All hot rooms are created equal. Â Matter of fact, too big of a hot room sucks.
In Finland, many companies offer sauna at work. Â A factory line worker can sit on the bench alongside the CFO.
There is no comparing oneself to others in the sauna. Â We hold no judgements. All (authentic) sauna hot rooms are created equal.

Right on Glenn. It all comes down to the price of admission, which is measured in curiosity, spirit, attitude and will. Authentic people have some measure of each regardless of their net worth.
