With sauna, we escape and connect

Escape:

to slip or get away, as from confinement or restraint; gain or regain liberty.  (in our busy lives)

Connect:

to have as an accompanying or associated feature; to connect oneself with a group of like-minded persons; to associate mentally or emotionally: (by communicating).

Sauna gives us both.
